Vaccination Clinics for Middle School

School-based Vaccination Clinics
School-based vaccination clinics begin on Tuesday, September 8, at Franklin Military Academy, Richmond Community, and Open HS.

Clinics are free and open to all 7th- and 12th-grade RPS students who need the following required vaccines:

7th Grade: Tdap, Meningococcal (MenACWY)
12th Grade: Meningococcal (MenACWY)

Parents/caregivers must complete a consent form (English | Spanish) and return it to the school nurse.
