School Vaccination Clinic for 7th Grade Eagles!!

Parents & Caregivers, please note that Richmond Public Schols will be hosting school-based vaccination clinics for our 7th- and 12th-grade students who are in need of their required Tdap and meningococcal (MenACWY) vaccines.  The vaccination clinics will be held from September 8th through October 13th. Please see the attached flyer for the upcoming clinic dates and additional information as well as the attached vaccine consent form.  The clinic at Boushall will be held on September 29th!
